| 摘 要： | 高校学生社团组织是当前大学生群体的一种重要组织形式.高等院校共青团组织在青年中的先进性决定了它在学生社团建设和发展中应该发挥主导作用.要把握领导学生社团工作的原则,形成对学生社团管理的合力,充分尊重社团的自主性,注重提升社团活动层次,将社团文化建设引向深入,重视社团的总结和考核工作,加大对学生社团支持力度,开拓学生社团活动空间,深入研究社团良性发展的机制.

| Abstract: | The progressiveness of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities determines its leading role in the building and development of student mass organizations.To bring its leading role into full play,the League should adhere to the principles of the work of student mass organizations,form a concerted effort to administer these organizations,respect for their independency,pay full attention to upgrading the level of their activities,attach importance to their work summing-up and appraisal,and explore the mechanism for their healthy development. |
