高校学生干部由于其特殊的学生与最基层的管理实施者的身份,可发挥上传下达的桥梁纽带作用;以身作则的模范带头作用;看似无意识的管理柔性与填补管理时间盲点作用;帮助学生实现自我管理、教育、服务的作用。因此。高校学生干部的选拔必须坚持“思想政治过硬、素质能力较强、服务意识自愿”的原则,采取“自荐、选举、考核、任命相结合”的方法。高校学生干部的培养,应着重思想政治素质、组织管理能力、统一协调能力、社交能力、表达能力、自学能力、进取创新意识、服务意识、心理健康素质的提高。
