| 摘 要： | 金融危机对中国经济的影响加剧了大学生就业形势的严峻性，大学生普遍出现了恐慌、焦虑、自卑、自傲、盲目“屈就”等情况。大学生只有客观地把握形势、认清自我，适时调整就业心态，才能成功实现就业突围。

| Abstract: | The impact of the financial crisis on China's economy has exacerbated the severe employment situation of college graduates and the students appear to be in a panic,anxious,self-abased,arrogant;self-conceited and aimlessly"underemployed"(condescending to take a menial post offered),etc.The graduates can succeed in securing employment only if they objectively grasp a more realistic understanding of the situation with proper self-assessment and timely adjust their working mindset. |
