| 摘 要： | 高校学生社团组织对于活跃校园文化活动、尤其是促进大学生综合能力的培养提高,具有特殊的重要作用。高校教育工作者应充分了解高校学生社团组织的特点,如一定的流动性、很深的情感性、很强的自觉性、快捷的信息传播性等;努力发掘培养提高综合能力的重大方面,如自主学习的意识能力、与社会的联系、自立自理能力、团结协作精神等;努力进行人生观、价值观、道德观的正确引导,充分调动学生社团的积极因素与潜在功能,情感教育与适时适当的批评相结合。

| Abstract: | Students' mass organizations in colleges and universities play a special and important role in promoting the cultivation and improvement of college students' overall ability.So,educational workers in colleges and universities should fully recognize the features of students' mass organizations,and devote every effort to seek out the principal aspects of cultivating and improving students' overall ability.To strengthen the building of students' mass organizations it is essential to help the members of the organizations establish a correct outlook on the world,life and values,and enhance their moral concepts through correct education and guidance.Also,it is necessary to bring all positive factors of students' mass organizations into full play,and achieve the integration of affection education and timely reasonable criticism. |
