| 摘 要： | 社会风险是指由于宗教信仰、社会治安混乱、社会风气腐败、文化素质低下、突发事件等不确定因素造成的危及社会和个人安全的可能后果。我国今后10到20年的重要战略时期,正是社会风险的“高发期”,主要表现为:失业、腐败、贫富不均、社会治安恶化等。要防范和化解社会风险,必须建立完善、高效的社会风险管理体系,包括社会风险预警系统、社会风险分析系统、社会风险控制系统、社会风险补偿系统。

| Abstract: | In our country,the next ten to tweenty years will be an important strategic period.And during this period social risks may appear with high frequency.The main manifestations of the social risks are:unemployment,corruption,a wide gap between the rich and the poor,the deterioration of social order,etc.To prevent and defuse the social risks,it is necessary to establish the perfect and effective systems for social risk management which include a risk early warning system,a risk analysis system,a risk control system and a risk compensation system. |
