| 摘 要： | 由团中央等单位发起的"大学生素质拓展计划"目前正在全国63所高校试点.素质拓展活动的有效开展必须要有强有力的保障体系来支撑,如组织和机构保障、加大素质拓展管理者队伍等.同时还应采取进一步丰富和拓展素质拓展训练的内容和形式等相关举措.

| Abstract: | Presently,the University Students' Quality Development Program is being tried out in 63 colleges and universities in our country.The effective unfoldment of the quality development activities calls for the support of the security system such as the guarantee of organizations and institutions,the enlargement of the contingent of administrators,etc.Also,some related measures should be adopted to implement this program. |
