| 摘 要： | 医学院校实行党建导师制,增强了大学生党员先进性教育的实效性;坚持以人为本,以情感人,增强教育的渗透性.医学院校党建导师制要掌握好主辅原则、专业化原则、稳定性原则和互补原则.实施医学院校党建导师制应加强规范性,一要加强管理,二要坚持聘用条件,三是精心组织聘任,四是善于总结经验.
