| 摘 要： | 网络舆情是影响大学生思想和行为的新兴力量。当前，高校网络舆情管理工作主要存在管理主体不明确；网络日常管理制度不健全；网络舆情管理机制不完善等问题。高校应建立网络舆情监测机制、引导机制和舆情突发事件的应急机制，减少网络舆情对大学生产生的负面影响，促进大学生的健康成长。

| Abstract: | Online public sentiment is a new force affecting the thoughts and behaviors of college students. The main problems in the management of public sentiment in college campus networking are as follows： ①The subject of management isn＇t clear; ②The system of daily routine management over the internet is not sound; ③Administrative mechanism for internet public sentiment, etc. The mechanism of monitoring, guiding and dealing with an emergency of online public sentiment should be established in colleges and universities so as to alleviate the negative effect of online popular feelings on the students and promote their healthy development. |
