| 摘 要： | 高校共青团工作的观念或理念创新层面,须立足以下基点:与时代的新发展对接;全局性的战略眼光;校外校内的充分开放;开创新风气之先。高校共青团工作创新的操作层面,需要多种主体的协同运作:优秀的团干队伍;坚强的团学组织与学生社团;强势的大学生人才群体。高校共青团工作的落实层面,应在继承的基础上实现突破;思想政治教育的系统性、层次、开放性相统一;科技、人文、社会实践、第二课堂教育高度融合;提升校园文化建设的特色品位;推动心理健康教育;引导创业尝试。

| Abstract: | Innovation in the League' s work contains five main points:com pletely new concepts;a fine contingent;a good style;large numbers of strong organizatio ns;a group of outstanding talented p eople.And these are chiefly reflected in the aspects of concepts,operation and implementa tion.This requires the League organ ization to meet the new development o f the times and have the overall strategic perspective,to organize extensive cooperation between different forces,and to realize the break-throughs in the work on the basis of in heritance. |
