| 摘 要： | "情感共振"的核心思想就是通过对受教育者个人情感的把握和尊重,实现与施教者情感的充分一致性,从而达到施教目的.思想政治教育工作者要有正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,具有较高的政治觉悟、心情舒畅,对事物的认识是积极的,才能运用"情感共振"做好学生的思想政治教育工作.但是"情感共振"也不能以情代理.

| Abstract: | This article introduces the basic theory of feeling resonance,and gives concrete proposals for its use in ideological and political work in HEIs.It stresses that ideological and political workers must establish a correct cntlook on the world,life and values,and enhance their political awareness so as to make a success of ideological and political work by feeling resonance. |
