摘    要:着力培育和提升大学生的核心竞争力,是高校做好就业工作的根本所在。高校传统的就业指导模式以择业指导为主要内容,因对大学生发展过程的较少关注而制约其实效性的发挥。高校就业指导对大学生核心竞争力培育的主要功能包括教育、辅导和管理三方面。实现这些功能,高校必须改革传统就业指导模式,加强就业指导与人才培养过程的对接,充分发挥就业指导在人才培养中的积极作用。

Abstract:It’s fundamental for universities to make efforts to cultivate and enhance the students’ core competitiveness as preparation for their future work.The traditional mode pays little attention to students’ developing progress,with counseling for employment as the main part,restricting the development of its effectiveness.The cultivation of students’ core competitiveness in career guidance mainly includes education,counseling and management.To achieve these functions,universities ought to reform their traditional mode and strengthen the linking between career guidance and the process of personnel training,giving full play to the positive role of career guidance in personnel training.
