大学生公寓化管理调查分析

公寓化管理效果怎样?对教学秩序有无不良影响?公寓化管理中思想工作又如何?受不受大学生欢迎?调查表明:七成以上的同学持肯定态度。但无论从现状还是从发展的角度,改进绝不能以肯定否定多寡的比例划界。因而,事涉个性发展、自立精神的“统一洗衣服”问题确定不宜搞“一刀切”;对宿舍学习环境“空间拥挤”的意见不能视而不见,更不应“王顾左右而言它”;对废止作息制与乱帖美人照的“个性自由”则绝不迁就,但“人情味”的思想教育应跟上;而对公寓管理人员的临时工、离退休人员、工人、家属的现实主要构成,必须予以有序改变。唯此,才能坚持人本观念;发挥学生自我管理作用;提高专业管理人员素质;加大公寓建设投入。

A Survey of the Management of College Students'Domitories

Presently,we manage college students' domitories in the same manner as what is done to apartment houses.How about the effects of such management? Does such management have a negative influence on teaching order?How about ideological work in such management? Is such management received by college students?The survey shows that more than 7o percent of the students hold affirmative views on such management.But,we should be aware that there are still some problems demanding prompt solution in the management of college students' domitories.To solve the problems and improve the work of management,we must uphold people-oriented conception,give play to the students' self-management role,upgrade the managerial staff's quality,and increase the input into the building of students' domitories.
