试论大学生职业生涯设计的若干问题

随着就业体制改革和蔼等教育进入大众化阶段，人才竞争日益激烈，就业问题已成为毕业生越来越关注的问题。高校应加强对大学生的就业指导特别是职业生涯规划教育。通过设立专门系统部门、规划课程建设以及完善就业指导体系等方面着手。同时。对大学生的职业生涯规划教育还应结合大学期间学生学习阶段特点，构建“全程个性化辅导”模式，逐级针对开展。
