| 摘 要： | 高校共青团要出色地参与素质教育,必须以灵魂铸造为核心,以理论研究为突破,以发展个性为前提,以实践创新为主线,以网络技术为手段,不断优化共青团的工作目标。必须健全组织建设体系,构建三维育人格局,整合校园文化活动,强化团的工作职能、创设团的工作品牌、以完善的运行机制深化共青团的工作内涵。必须加快硬件建设,深化基地建设,抓好社团建设,以良好的服务体系强化共青团的工作导向。

| Abstract: | In order to successfully participate in quality education,the Communist Youth League of tertiary colleges must continuously optimize objectives of CYL's work by taking soul moulding as the core,making theory research the breakthrough,regarding personality development as the premise,concentrating on practice and innovation and applying network technology.Furthermore,it must deepen the connotation of CYL's work through the perfect operation mechanism,and strengthen the orientation of CYL's work through the best service system. |
