大学生党员先进性状况的调查与分析——基于对淮阴师范学院的调查

加强大学生党员先进性教育对于党的建设具有重要意义.通过问卷调查发现,目前大学生党员先进性状况总体良好.但仍有部分学生党员存在入党动机不纯、政治理论素养不高、党性提高不够、模范作用不突出等问题.针对这些问题,要进一步加强大学生党员先进性教育,必须注重党员发展质量,强化理论武装,开展实践教育及加强组织自身建设.

The Progressiveness of the Party Members among Undergraduates:Survey and Analysis——Based on the Questionnaire in Huaiyin Normal University

It is of vital significance in the Party building to enforce the education of undergraduate Party members to preserve their vanguard nature.Based on the questionnaire,it is shown that the progressiveness of these Party members develops favorably.However,some of them still have problems,for instance,impure motives for Party membership,inadequacy in theoretical preparation,frailness in Party spirit and weak modeling.Aiming at the problems,in order to reinforce the education to preserve their vanguard nature as Party members,it is essential to focus on the four solutions： 1.paying attention to the quality in admitting Party members;2.enhancing the function of theory;3.carrying out practical education;4.strengthening the organizations＇ own development.
