| 摘 要： | 大学生的全面发展是社会全面进步和发展的推动力.加强高校大学生法制教育、培养大学生法律意识和法律思维方式、树立法律信仰是促进社会长治久安和社会主义民主法治进程的重要途径.而以人为本,注重实践教学,促进大学生法制教育与德育的融合,依法治校,加强校园文化建设,制定科学的大学生法制教育评价方式,能有效推进高校大学生法制教育.

| Abstract: | The comprehensive development of university students is the driving force of overall social progress and development.It is essential to enhance law education of the undergraduates,cultivate their law awareness and mode of legal thinking and to establish trust and confidence in the law.These are important ways to promote lasting social peace and long-term political stability as well as the legal system regarding socialist democracy.The following can effectively advance the students’ education of law: putting people first,emphasizing practical teaching,encouraging the integration of legal and moral education among the students,managing the schools according to law,strengthening the campus cultural development,establishing scientific educational appraisal ways with respect for the law. |
