大学生素质拓展训练工作运行机制探析

摘    要:素质拓展训练,是“大学生素质拓展计划”的核心内容,关键所在。高校共青团应先行建立教育引导机制,帮助学生正确深入地认知科学的人生观、人才观与学习观,激发自觉参与素质拓展训练基地、培育品牌项目、构建多层次的活动平台或“服务超市”,以完善强大的阵地依托建设。还应建立科学的制度指标,扩大社会化资源的参与支持、探索学分管理模式,以健全有力的保障机制。

Abstract:The training of quality development constitutes the key part of the Plan for College Students' Quality Development. So, the Communist Youth League organizations in colleges and universities should establish the mechanism of education and guidance, help students build up the correct outlook on life and adopt a scientific attitude toward talent and learning , and stimulate them to participate actively in the training of quality development. Only by doing so, is it possible to establish and improve the operational mechanism of college students' quality development training, and promote the further implementation of the Plan for College Students' Quality Development.
