| 摘 要： | 现代学校制度是近年来社会各界尤其是教育界特别关注的话题，因其备受关注而日益成为我国深化教育改革过程中的显学。本文阐述现代学校制度的内涵及特征，并从政府行政职能的转变、学校法人地位的确立、建立以人为本的现代学校内部管理机制、建构学习型社会的外部环境等不同的视角探讨现代学校制度的建构策略；
