| 摘 要： | 对105例困难医科大学生个案调查的详细资料表明,困难医学生的主要类型表现为:网络成瘾、经济困难、心理障碍、学习困难、人际关系紧张、以及具有上述两种或两种以上困难的综合问题类型。由于目前解决困难医学生的思想政治工作方法措施的效果有限,为实现单一的思想政治教育向涵盖政治信仰、思想素养、道德品质、文明行为、民主法制意识和健康心理的大德育的战略转变,必须加大投入,建立一支优秀的网络思想政治工作队伍,培养一支具有一定心理学专业知识和技能的思想政治工作者队伍。

| Abstract: | According to the data of investigation among 105 medical students with difficulties,the main manifestations of the medical students' difficulties are:being obsessed with network,having financial troubles,mental disorder,learning difficulty,tension in interpersonal relationship,etc.Currently,we should strengthen the building of the contingent of ideological and political workers.The present situation calls for a fine contingent of web-based ideological and political workers and a contingent of ideological and political workers with some psychological knowledge and skill. |
