| 摘 要： | 绿色贸易壁垒是当前世界贸易领域中的热点问题。WTO倡导贸易自由化,提倡绿色贸易,以实现可持续发展;但是,它却被绿色贸易壁垒人为扭曲。从绿色贸易壁垒的内容及特征入手,可以分析绿色贸易壁垒产生的背景和原因,从而理智客观地看待绿色壁垒,进而寻求突破绿色壁垒的对策。
