| 摘 要： | 政治文化是社会政治的深层心理因素,研究我国社会转型时期政治参与的传统和现状,可以看出我国正从传统"顺从型"政治文化向当代的参与型政治文化转变.完善社会主义民主政治,促进我国公民政治参与的发展与成熟,要培育与发展参与型政治文化.

| Abstract: | Political culture is a deep - seated psychological factor of social politics. By studying the tradition and status quo of political participation in the period of social transition in our country, we can see that in our country political culture is changing from traditional obedience - based to present - day participation - based one . To improve socialist democracy and promote the development and maturation of citizens' participation in political affairs, it is essential to develop participation - based political culture. |
