| 摘 要： | 罗尔斯提出的从自由正义到平等正义,从个人正义到制度正义等一系列制度正义理论,引起了西方政治哲学的巨大变革,对我国构建社会主义和谐社会有重要的借鉴意义。在构建社会主义和谐社会中,我们必须正确处理好正义与和平、正义与自由、正义与效率等关系。

| Abstract: | The series theories of Justice system proposed by Bawls from Liberal Justice to Equal justice and from Personal justice to Justice system,caused great changes in Political Philosophy in Western countries and was the important reference for construction of harmonious society in China.In the process of the construction of harmonious society,we must handle the Relationship well,between Justice and Peace,Justice and freedom,Justice and Efficiency.The theoratical issues troubled us,wew can get some inspiration from Justice System Theory of Rawls. |
