罗尔斯、诺齐克正义理论的比较及其启示

伴随着资本主义生产方式的确立和经济的快速发展,"财富分配方面的不平等状况便日益令人注目,自由与平等的矛盾也就日渐显露,平等也越来越具有经济的涵义"。因此,"构成近一百多年来西方社会正义论的主题的,正是这一对矛盾——自由与平等的矛盾"。罗尔斯与诺齐克等当代思想家们围绕这一主题展开了激烈争论。罗尔斯强调社会正义,关注"社会之最不利成员"的利益;诺齐克"持有正义"理论的"核心是反对国家出于平等动机进行再分配"。他们的论述都能够给我们一定的启示。

Comparison and Enlightenment Between Rawls's and Nozick's Justice Theory

With establishing of the capitalist mode of production and the developing of economy rapidly,the unequal distribution of wealth has been attracted attention from the people gradually,the contradiction between freedom and equality has been increasingly exposed,and equality has been taken in the field of economy.Therefore,the contradiction between freedom and equality has been constituted theme of the western social justice in a hundred.The contemporary thinkers such as Rawls and Nozick have engaged in fierce debate on this subject.Rawls emphasized society justice,and concerned of the benefit of the most disadvantageous members of the society.The core of Nozick＇s holding justice theory was opposing redistribution by country that bases on motivation of equality.Their expositions can give us some enlightenment.
