| 摘 要： | 对危险驾驶罪共犯问题的理解涉及到对危险驾驶罪处罚范围的认定问题,应当慎重对待。危险驾驶罪的客观构成要件的认定行为包含两种行为类型:追逐竞驶型和醉酒驾驶型,由于这两种行为类型具有不同的特征,因此,应当对其行为主体分别加以探讨。

| Abstract: | The understanding accomplice of dangerous driving sin involves the cognizance of the scope of the penalty for crime of dangerous driving, which should be treated with caution. The crime of dangerous driving behavior contains two types： chasing race driving and drunk driving, because the two types of behavior has different characteristic, therefore, it shall be discussed separately on its behavior main body. |
