浅析国内翻译理论的发展及其趋势——脱离经验,走向科学

中国翻译界长期以来一直有一种不太科学的趋势,即多数译论既没有现代语言学的理论,也缺乏现代文艺理论的指导,往往将翻译活动归结为一种潜质的发挥,甚至近似灵感与悟性的表现,从而注重译者的天生资质,而不注重翻译作为科学存在的规律性研究与探讨。如此就易于走上主观主义为导向的道路,难以将翻译研究提升至系统性理论,确立其科学体系。从现代翻译学的发展要求出发,阐述了翻译理论应具的发展趋势,提出应将翻译研究提升至系统性理论,从而逐步形成科学的研究氛围,建设起翻译独立的学科。

A Tendency of Translation Theory in China--Kick Over Experience and Approach to Science

The translation field in China has been in an unscientific tendency for a long time, that is, many translation comments have no linguistic theories and lack the instruction of modern literature theories. They summed up translation activity to be the potential elaboration and even the expression of inspiration and comprehension. So they stressed the translators' talents but not the regularity research in translation. This will lead to subjectivist way, for which we cannot raise translation research to systematic theory and establish its scientific system. This paper expounds the development of translation theory and puts forward that translation research should be raised to systematic theory, thereby form scientific research atmosphere and establish an independent subject.
