师范生说课能力培养的探讨

摘    要:师范院校开展学生说课训练是全面提高学生素质,实现教育目标,使学生毕业后能尽快适应教学工作的重要环节。根据目前师范院校开展学生说课的情况,训练的内容主要是说课标、说教材,培养师范生确定课时教学目标的能力;说学情,培养师范生确定教学重点难点的能力;说教与学的方法,培养师范生设计教学过程的能力;说板书设计,培养师范生创造性思维能力。程序是由理论准备、编制说课稿及课件、说课训练到巩固提高。应注意的是:要注意选题;加强现代教学理念的学习和教学手段的掌握;大胆探索,忌求千篇一律。

Abstract:In the teachers' college,the training ability of summarizing lessons is an important process for improving students' quality,realizing educational aim and adapting themselves to the teaching post after graduated.According to the current situation of summarizing lessons in the teachers' college,the content of the training focus on summarizing lessons,talking the textbook,developing their ability to make sure their teaching aim;talking about study situation,cultivating their ability on deciding difficult and important parts in teaching;researching the method of teaching and learning;breeding their ability on designing the teaching process;and also the design of writing(on backboard) to develop their creative thoughts.
