中原经济区新型农村社区建设的路径及对策

社区演进和村庄变迁是工业化、城镇化、农业现代化"三化"协调、互化互促的结果,是生产方式变革、生活方式变化的必然,不同的区域、不同的发展阶段,"三化"呈现的特征不同,农村社区演进的路线不同,农村社区建设所选择的切入点和着力点也不同,要因地制宜,尊重规律,注重协调,加强统筹,发挥农民主体地位,构建城乡一体化公共服务体系。

The Paths and Countermeasures of the Construction of the New Type of Rural Communities in the Central Plains Economic Zone

Community evolution and village transformation result from the coordination of industrialization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization,which inevitably appear in the change of mode of production and lifestyle.There are different characteristics of the coordination of industrialization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization in different regions and different stages of development.The different routes of the evolution of rural communities cause that the constructions of rural community have to select different starting point and focus point.Therefore,it should depend on different local conditions,respect for the law,focus on the coordination and strengthening co-ordination,play the dominant position of farmers,and build the integration of urban and rural public service system.
