| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程的加快,水资源短缺已成为城市发展的主要障碍,雨水资源化将成为解决水资源危机的重要手段和措施。政府作为公共事业的管理者,应利用行政优势,在政策的制定和引导、鼓励雨水市场形成及搭建雨水市场平台等方面促进城市雨水资源化。着重讨论了政府在城市雨水资源化过程中政策、法规、标准制定和雨水市场形成等方面的对策。

| Abstract: | With the quickening of urban course, the lack of water resources have mostly been become the handicap of the urban development, and urban rainwater resources have been become important means and measure resolved the crisis of water resources. As a governor of the commonality careers, government should make use of the superiority of reign, and accelerate urban rainwater resources in establishing policy, leading and arousing the formed rainwater market and building the flat roof of rainwater market, etc. In the paper the countermeasures of government are importantly discussed in establishing policy, statute and standard and coming into being rainwater market. |
