| 摘 要： | 当代中国政府公共管理在朝着科学化、现代化发展的同时,不断地受到传统封建制的影响。随着政府公共管理的迅速发展,二者之间的矛盾冲突也日益凸现,主要表现在政府生产力、服务对象、政府组织形式、后果管理、公共政策决策能力等六个方面。因此有必要以现代政府管理新理念去建设服务型政府。

| Abstract: | Currently,public administration in Chinese government,in the process of scientific and modernized development,is constantly influenced by the traditional feudalism system.Because feudalism system is the most important system that have pierced through the most part of Chinese history,with the quick develoment of the public administration in government,the conflict between the two is becoming more and more obvious.This paper tries to solve the issue by constructing a service-type government according to the new principles in administration in modern government. |
