| 摘 要： | 通过对浪漫主义国家观和社会契约论国家观的批判,黑格尔将市民社会的个体原则与政治国家的普遍性原则调和为一种统一的国家哲学。这种国家哲学以哲学的形式,实现和完成了以个人生活和公共生活的分离和融合为标志的现代政治国家。通过对黑格尔国家哲学的政治性的批判分析,以及对黑格尔市民社会等级经济性的批判分析,马克思揭示了黑格尔的国家哲学用神秘主义来掩盖尖锐的政治矛盾和经济冲突的虚妄性。

| Abstract: | By the critique of romantic theory of state and social contract theory of state,Hegel constructs his own theory of state which unifies the individualism in the civil society and universalism in the state.Hegel's theory of state bring about the modern political state,the sign of which is the separation and reconciliation of individual life and common life.Through the critique of Hegel's philosophy of state from a political perspective and the critique of Hegel's philosophy of estate in the civil society from a economical perspective,Marx reveals the unrealistic essence of Hegel's philosophy of state,which cover the acutely political contradiction and economical confrontation by means of mysticism. |
