| 摘 要： | 盛宣怀作为晚清洋务运动的骨干,创办并经营了众多推动中国近代化起步的洋务企业,培养了大量中国近代化必需的技术人才,表现出克艰历难奋勇求实的无畏精神和把握机遇理智图强的理性民族主义。在关乎国家经济发展战略的铁路修筑方面,盛宣怀的铁路国有思想也是富有远见历经考验的。

| Abstract: | Sheng Xuanhuai,as the backbone of the Westernization Movement in Late Qing Dynasty,founded and operated a large number of westernization enterprise to promote China’s modernization started,trained a large number of talented technicians for China’ s modernization. All these show his dauntless spirit to overcome difficulties and rational nationalism to seize the opporturnities to strengthen China. Matters pertaining to national economic development strategy of the railway construction,Sheng Xuanhuai’s idea of state-owned railway is far-sighted and history-proven. |
