| 摘 要： | 全纳教育作为一种国际教育思潮,与我国目前所大力提倡的素质教育是息息相通的。开展对全纳教育理论和实践的研究,提高社会对它的认同感,对于构建全纳社会、促进教育公平、转变学校体制、实现教学民主、赢得公众教育支持、促进教育快速健康向前发展,有着重要的理论和现实意义。
