| 摘 要： | 我国至今仍不存在真正意义上的非营利组织,其中的原因复杂多样,但根源于各类非营利组织的行政化。概括了非营利组织行政化的表现,论述了非营利组织的行政化根源于经济转型、政治与行政体制改革,分析了非营利组织行政化对民主建设、政府职能转变、公共权力行使以及非营利组织自身建设的影响。

| Abstract: | There are not any real non-profit organizations in our country.The reasons are complicated and diverse,but the basic one is the administration of the non-profit organization.This paper summaries the performances of the non-profit organization administration and elaborates the origin of it is the economical transform and and the reform of political and administrative system.The paper also analyzes the affect which the non-profit organization administration has on the democracy construction,the shift of the government functions,the exercise of the public power as well as non-profit organization itself. |
