我国当前本科教育的质量观及其影响因素——基于我国《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估方案(试行)》的分析

通过对普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估指标体系的分析可以发现,我国当今政府所倡导的本科教育质量观是一种全面素质的、重视过程的、发展的、特色化的质量观。根据系统论的基本原理,我们可以把该指标体系中的7项一级指标、19项二级指标和44个主要观测点再加一个特色项目都可以看作是影响本科教育教学质量的不同层次的因素,只有对这些因素及其之间的关系加以有效控制与协调,才能保证本科教育教学工作的质量。
