| 摘 要： | 从理论上阐述了全面建设小康社会与党的执政能力建设的内涵及相互关系;从党执政的55年历史事实说明中国共产党是有卓越执政能力和丰富执政经验的党;论证了在新形势下进一步加强党的执政能力建设的必要性;提出了为实现全面建设小康社会目标、加强党的执政能力建设的几点措施。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds theoretically the contents and the mutual relationship between building a well-off society in an all-round way and constructing the Party's ruling capability. From the 55 years' ruling history, CPC has outstanding ruling capability and rich ruling experience. It also studies the imperativeness of stressing the Party's ruling capability in the new situation, and proposes some measures to realize the aim of building a well-off society in an all-round way and strengthening the Party's ruling capability. |
