| Abstract: | With implementing supply chain management,the enterprises are also faced with a series of risks brought about by supply chain management.This paper establishes evaluation index system of food supply chain risk and fuzzy evaluation model,carries out comprehensive evaluation of food supply chain risk,and finally analyzes risk of McDonald＇s supply chain management. |
