| 摘 要： | 作为最新的方法论,复杂性理论是人类对复杂系统及其复杂性的共性、规律性的总结,目前已运用到自然科学、社会科学等诸多领域。科学发展观是在总结以往发展观给社会发展带来的种种问题基础上产生的,科学发展观与复杂性理论具有内在契合性。对复杂性理论进行哲学层次的总结和反思,并与社会实践进行双向互动,对于我们深入理解复杂性理论,真正把握并落实科学发展观有重要意义。

| Abstract: | As a up to date methodolgy,Complexity Theory is the summarization of the universal Law of the Complex Systems and their Complexity. The Scientific Outlook on Development came into being on the basis of summing up various problems that the preceding outlook on development brought. Complexity Theory corresponds with the Scientific Outlook on Development inherently. It is of momentous significance for us to understand Complexity Theory deeply and to grasp and fulfill the Scientific Outlook on Development truly that we think Complexity Theory philosophically and make Complexity Theory and social practice operate each other. |
