国有企业改制后职工合法权益的维护

摘    要:随着社会主义市场经济的建立和完善,国有中小企业进行了改制,在改制后的许多企业中职工合法权益却难以得到保障和维护。如社会保障不落实,严重违反《劳动法》的有关规定,民主政治权利不落实等。要解决这些问题,就必须建立和完善维权机制,包括职工和工会的自身维护、国家和政府的法律维护、社会和群众的舆论维护等。

Abstract:With establishing and consummating socialism market economy and reform of system of small and medium-sized enterprises, the legal rights of employees are hard to be protected. If the social insurance is not carried out, the related regulations of Labor Law is broken and democratic rights can not be implemented. To solve the problems, the mechanism of right protection must be established and consummated by employees and labor union, by laws of state and governments, by public opinions of society and masses and so on.
