| 摘 要： | 高新技术企业是创建创新型国家过程中的关键环节。从高新技术企业的界定着手,经过深入地研究分析,发现高新技术企业的特征主要表现在:组织战略上以创新变革为动力;组织结构上以市场适应为导向;组织文化上以开拓进取为指引;组织资源上以知识资本和人力资本为核心。最后针对高新技术企业特征提出了相应的管理对策。
