| 摘 要： | 我国农村金融空洞化现象的出现,严重制约了广大农村地区的经济发展.防范金融空洞化,金融机构应转变观念,支持农村地区经济的发展;完善金融支持体系,加快民间金融进入农村地区;开放资本证券市场,加快直接融资步伐;加快合作性金融机构的发展,创建中国邮政储蓄银行;深化金融体制改革,完善农业优惠信贷政策.

| Abstract: | The hollowing out of rural finance in China has hampered the economic development of rural areas.In order to prevent hollowing finance,financial institutions are expected to take the following measures such as changing concept,supporting rural economic development,consummating financial supporting system,accelerating civil finance to enter into rural areas,opening capital and securities market,accelerating direct financing step,accelerating cooperative financial institution construction,creating China's post deposit bank,deepening financial system reform and consummating agricultural favorable loan policy. |
