| Abstract: | College student employment competition becomes more and more serious. There are many factors which influence the employment of college students, among which, family factor should not be overlooked in the process of employment. The family factor has large influence on employment quali- ty, employment idea and employment behaviors of college students. Currently, family factor should be fully made use of to promote the employment of college students. |
