| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育的天职就是做人的工作,旨在培养人们认识世界、改造世界的主体性和主体性活动.因此受教育者不是消极被动的被改造对象,而是有着自己兴趣、爱好、需要、价值追求的具有能动性的主体.而且市场经济的发展唤醒了人们的主体意识,还增强了人们的主体能力,他们不再单纯的接受和内化教育者所提出的观点,而喜欢用一种批判的眼光来审视时代的变化.因此更应该坚持"以人为本"原则,并结合人的需要根据社会发展要求,培养具有自主性、能动性、创造性的现实主体.
