高校专业设置与产业结构调整的关联性研究

高校专业设置应与产业结构调整的方向保持一致,才能培养适合经济发展和社会需求的人才。伴随着我国产业结构的调整,市场对人才的需求也同步变动,这就要求高校在人才培养上必须适时调整,以适应产业结构的变化,在专业设置上应严格遵循"依据需求,强化特色;面向社会,充分论证;优化结构,择优设置;控制数量,持续建设"的原则。本文在分析目前我国产业结构变动对人才需求的影响基础上,构建了满足于人才需求变动的专业设置原则。
