基于SEW考虑的家族企业国际化经营演化博弈分析

基于社会情感财富(SEW)理论视角,利用演化博弈理论和Hotelling模型,对两家处于同一环境但经营状况不同的家族企业进行国际化战略分析,研究发现:企业的经营状况、交通成本、国际化经营的机会成本能否弥补社会情感财富的损失以及国际化经营的初始愿意倾向,是影响家族企业国际化战略选择的重要因素.研究结论对我国家族企业国际化战略选择有一定指导意义.

Game Analysis on the Evolution of Family Business Internationalized Management Based on SEW

Based on the socioal emotional wealth (SEW) theory and using evolutionary game theory and Hotelling model, the study found that the internationalized strategy of the two in the same environment but different operating conditions of the family businesses: operation status of enterprises, transportation costs of international business, the relationship of opportunity costs and SEW, and international motivations are important factors affecting the internationalized strategic choice of the family enterprises. The conclusion of the research has definite guiding significance to the internationalized strategic choice of the family businesses in China.
