| 摘 要： | 通过分析影响利率变动的因素,可以认为:当前利率总水平符合中国经济状况,央行应保持货币政策的连续性和稳定性.在暂缓放开存款利率情况下,积极调整贷款利率的浮动空间,坚定不移地推动利率市场化改革的进程.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the factors to influence interest rate change, the author thinks that current interest rate total level accords with China's economic reality and central banks should keep successive and steady currency policy. Under temporary situation of limiting interest rates, the flowing space of interest rates of loan should be actively adjusted to promote the reform of interest rate marketability. |
