| 摘 要： | 产业共性技术研发与制造业企业竞争力具有内在的联系。文章在相关理论回顾的基础上，验证了产业共性技术研发对提升我国制造业竞争力的作用，论证了共性技术研发主体具有较高的共同度与较大的投入外部性，需要具备高竞争性与稳定性的合作网络。制造业共性技术的理论研究，应当从复杂系统的网络治理出发，嵌入特定的管理情景，在研究共性技术合作研发网络中各主体的选择与判断基础上，设计共性技术合作的网络治理机制。
