| 摘 要： | 2008年频繁发生的重大灾害事故显示我国保险业发展潜力和空间巨大；放行银保交叉持股，意味着我国金融混业经营时代的到来；在为经济、科技、文化事业发展保驾护航的过程中，保险业发挥着重要作用；保监会系统人事大换防，为保险业又好又快发展注入了新的活力；保险保障基金管理公司成立，为保险业持续健康发展提供了新的保障。
