| 摘 要： | 对于行政执法问题,大多数人习惯从行政执法本身寻找问题.行政执法是在一定社会环境中的执法,我们不仅要从行政执法行为本身找原因,更应该透视这些问题发生的社会根源.本文拟通过对当前行政执法领域存在的突出问题的分析,深刻揭示这些问题产生的原因并提出应对之策.

| Abstract: | Majority of people is used to seeking problems from administrative law enforcement. We should seek the cause from administrative law enforcement and seek the social source of the problems because administrative law enforcement is in certain social environment. This paper reveals the cause for the problems and gives suggestions by analyzing the problems in administrative law enforcement field. |
