| 摘 要： | 近来我国几大能源企业多次进行海外能源直接投资,然而从我国能源企业对外投资的实践来看,能源投资领域属于政治风险高发领域,我国的几大能源企业都不同程度地在对外投资中遭受到严重的政治风险。中国能源企业自身应该采取一些法律措施以防范政治风险。具体的措施包括:采用不同的能源投资形式、投保海外投资保险、利用多边投资担保机构以及投资者——东道国仲裁。

| Abstract: | Recently,China’s several biggest energy enterprises have many times direct overseas investments,however,energy investment belongs to the field of high-frequently political risk based on the practice in overseas investment of Chinese energy enterprises,as a result,China’s several biggest energy enterprises suffered serious political risk in overseas investment to some extent.China’s energy enterprises should take some legal measures for preventing political risk by using different energy investment methods,insuring overseas investment,making use of multilateral investment insurance agencies and arbitration of investor-state. |
