| 摘 要： | 贫困生的发展是贫困生资助的本质属性。当前,贫困生资助以经济上的帮困为主,主要强调资助的经济功能,忽视了资助的育人功能。贫困生发展性资助模式是一种将经济资助、精神资助和能力资助相结合,着眼于贫困生发展,以提高贫困生综合素质为目的的全新资助模式,具有以人为本和发展性特征。该模式在结构和功能上实现了双重跨越,达到了资助和育人的双重功效。
